ManCheck is a team of volunteers and staff who are there to provide information on all topics covering the sexual health of men who have sex with men. Being integrated into the community is just as important as education or the distribution of condoms. Are you curious and want to do something good for yourself or others? Would you like to get to know the scene better while having fun and doing something good? Then volunteer with us! We will prepare you well for all tasks that you may face as well as constant up-to-date training. ManCheck works with online and offline workers; our team is as diverse and multifaceted as Berlin’s gay scene itself.

ManCheck runs the Darkangel project and the international co-operative Beyond Borders as well as offering online health support (available on PlanetRomeo).

The initiative “Safety For Free” is well known within the Berlin gay scene. Berlin bar owners have voluntarily signed up to comply with our safety and prevention standards within their operations and events.
